Q: What's the best way to find out when new goodies are released? I don't want to miss out.

A: Your best bet is to follow us on either Facebook or Twitter (@TeamRocketBunny). We'll usually announce a day or two before the new togs go on sale to give you fair warning.

Q: I've just seen something I really want, but there's none left! Will you be printing any more?

A: Unless we say otherwise in the description, all prints are one time limited edition runs and wont be printed again, sorry.

Q: Such a shame! But if I put it in my basket that means I've reserved one yes?

A: Unfortunately not. Due to demand, the only way you can guarantee the t-shirt leaves us for your humble abode is by completing the checkout process.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: Due to the awesome limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final.

Q: I just received my t-shirt and it's rad but I've changed my mind, can I return it?

A: I'm afraid not, all sales are final.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We aim to ship orders within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed. We will always keep you up-to-date with shipping times if there are any changes.

Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?

A: You will receive an email telling you it's on it's way.

Q: I placed an order earlier today but still have an outstanding order from last week. Could you combine the two orders to save money on shipping?

A: Absolutely we can! Please contact us after your purchases have been made, and providing your previous order hasn't yet been sent we'll send them together and refund any additional postage costs. Please be aware, though, that combining orders may well add processing time to the shipment.

Q: I received my t-shirt but there's something wrong with it. Can I get a replacement?

A: Most likely, yes. If you have any issues with your order please don't hesitate to contact us and we will sort you out sharpish. Please include order number and a brief summary of what the problem is in the message.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yep, we most certainly do. International shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

Q. How does this all work?

A. It's easy! Send us a message with what you're after and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Q. How long will it take to get my stuff?

A. Once everything has been finalised we generally say to allow ten working days for production. This can vary so we'll always tell you what to expect and keep you in the loop along the way.

Q. I love my bespoke togs! Can I use the design elsewhere?

A. We keep the copyright for everything we design, so no it can’t be used elsewhere or reproduced without our express permission. We are very reasonable chaps though, so if you have any questions about using it drop us a line.

Q. I have my own artwork that I'd like printed, can you do that?

A. Yep we certainly can, and we'll work out the best position for it. Whether you provide your own artwork or we create something for you, you get the same level of service no matter what.

Q. Groovy. And everything's hand printed you say?

A. Absolutely! There is no outsourcing overseas and no big printing machines, just good old-fashioned elbow grease. We print everything ourselves, by hand at our studio in Surrey.
