TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Here at the Rocket Bunny Workshop we make it our mission to provide the very best product we can for you. To ensure the smoothest of processes, and to achieve the best outcome, we have forumlated these brief terms of service.

PRODUCTION:

So as not to melt our brains, all jobs begin with a quote request. This is achieved by going to the Quote Request page and filling in all relevant information. These Terms & Conditions must be agreed to before we can supply a price which is achieved by a handy section at the end of the Quote Request form.

MOCK UP:

When your project has been accepted and payment made we will produce a mock up for approval. This proof is a close approximation and while we know the limitations of the printing process in order to provide as accurate a representation as possible, the final product may vary slightly. You will have the opportunity to make one alteration to the mock up free of charge, any further alterations will be charged at £20 a time so we suggest being as descriptive as possible in your quote request.

WORDS

If you provide a list of names, or any words that you want printed check the spelling once, twice then a third time. We cannot take responsibility for any printed spelling errors approved on the final proof. We will make a mock up of only one name for reference and provide a proof of the name artwork which will be used.

TURNAROUND TIME:

We usually say to allow two weeks (10 working days) from payment to job completion. Our current workflow may affect the delivery date but we will account for that when supplying your quote. If the quote is not approved in a timely fashion – within 1-2 days – the completion date will be affected accordingly. While we pride ourselves in always delivering within the allotted timescale, we cannot guarantee any turnaround times due to our awesome hand printed process.

RUSH FEES:

We can often accommodate jobs that need turning around quicker than our usual time frame, but rush fees may be applied depending on the job and timescale. This can be anywhere from 10 – 30% and is at the discretion of The Rocket Bunny Workshop.

PAYMENT:

All jobs will need to be paid in full before they leave the workshop. Any job under £250 will need to be paid upfront, while jobs over £250 have the option of paying 50% up front then the final amount before we send it out. All rush jobs need full payment up front, terms of this can be discussed with regular customers. All goods remain the property of The Rocket Bunny Workshop until paid for in full.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:

Delivery by next-day courier service costs between £8 and £15 to destinations in the UK (excluding Northern Ireland and Channel Islands) per box. If you live near by we’re happy to drop off your items or you can swing by the workshop to pick them up. For the rest of the world please contact us for prices. Smaller jobs and samples are sent out by 1st Class Royal Mail – there is an option for ‘signed for delivery’ on the quote form.

Unfortunately, we don’t yet control the weather or the postal system, so please be aware that delays can happen. While we take every care to package your items in the best way possible damage, however unlikely, may occur in transit. Please inspect your delivery as soon as it arrives and if there are any problems contact us straight away.

Royal Mail 1st Class Mainland UK delivery is aimed for next day, courier will also be sent on next day service unless you specify otherwise.

PRICING:

The Rocket Bunny Workshop has the right to change pricing and price jobs accordingly at any time without notice. All quotes are valid for 30 days after which we will need to provide a new quote.

RETURNS

Any decorated item cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect. We take great lengths to make sure neither of these happen, but if something does slip through please contact us to sort it out.

DISCLAIMER:

We look at every quote request and try to accommodate everyone but unfortunately not all quotes will turn into jobs, and we reserve the right to refuse business to anyone. As is the very nature of our hand-printed process, every print is unique but we strive to achieve the best possible result and only send out finished items we are completely happy with.
